Ergobaby On The Move Sleep Bag: first impressions
The Ergobaby On The Move Sleep Bag offers a practical and versatile solution to a common problem. While adults have the best sleeping bags to choose from, babies and young children are notorious wrigglers, very prone to sliding under, or completely out of, their bedding, making night-time temperature regulation when you are camping with them tricky.
That’s where the Ergobaby On The Move Sleep Bag comes in. It works brilliantly, whether you’re under canvas or staying with friends. A romper by day, at night it becomes a wearable sleeping bag, available in lots of cool designs and in three different weights – light, mid-weight and cosy – depending on the prevailing conditions where you tend to go camping most often.

Ergobaby On The Move Sleep Bag: on the trails
While some people may wonder why take kids camping? in the first place, camping with babies and toddlers can be a lot of fun (especially if you have one of the best family tents). But getting enough sleep – and making sure the rest of the campsite does, too – can be a challenge, and making sure they are completely comfortable is essential.
Our one-year old niece certainly seemed happy and comfortable in the Ergobaby On the Move Sleep Bag. The conversion from sleeping bag to romper was quick and easy and, once done, allowed full freedom of movement whether she was toddling or playing.
The adjustable shoulders and arms allow you to add a warm layer of clothing in cold weather, or you can simply leave them open and airy if it’s warm. For morning and evening wear, the innovative two-in-one design converts from sleeping bag to romper using a combination of foot openings and snap fasteners, while a handy belt slot allows safe snoozing in a buggy or car seat.
